Sendai is an urban agglomeration whose creator and only master is the Big Brain, an ever-expanding creature, feeding on the emotions of slaves living under the surface of Sendai and governing by three watchwords: Order, Welfare and Safety. Elections are a mere formality to decide who will be the right-hand man of the eternal creator. But something lurks under the perpetual pacification. A group of mutants resist the power of cybernation, the process that nullifies and blends the individual into the indistinct mass that constitutes society. Individual identity does not exist, according to the dominating conviction that to live safely and peacefully it is necessary to cancel the ego: to be free one needs to be controlled and monitored. The armed arm of the resistance is Syan, a seductive female mutant with a sapphire skin. Deprived of her memories, she has the task to kill the candidate and predetermined winner General Von Spieldorf, her former lover. But Syan is not the only one who wants General Von Spieldorf dead.
